Favorite moments from the Gluten Free Expo

Just wanted to share my favorite moments from the Gluten Free Expo....we were honored to meet so many wonderful families who not only had a gluten intolerance but also a life threatning nut allergy. Well, I totally relate as all three of my kids are deathly allergic to all nuts. To see a mom cry at our booth because she could trust our company to keep their child safe was so humbling. This happened several times....their journey of trying to find a safe protein bar that their child was eat was over!! I so know their pain and all of that emotion that comes with the fear of your child dying from simply eating food.
